Nicola Campbell

Nicola Campbell is currently undertaking a Master of Public Health at the University of Otago. Nicola is from Indonesia and is interested in infectious diseases, injury, disaster preparedness, and health impacts of climate change. Nicola is a volunteer with 350 Aotearoa and the New Zealand Red Cross as a member of the Dunedin Disaster Welfare Support Team and National Youth Panel

Over the 2020/2021 Summer, Nicola completed a summer studentship at the Injury Prevention Research Unit, Department of Preventive and Social Medicine. She examined the contribution of weather-related factors to the burden of work-related fatal injury (WRFI) in New Zealand.
